After moving about a year ago, I was surprised to find that my new neighborhood association does not typically offer activities and events for young children. We are a group of moms, primarily with school-aged children, who get together every month for breakfast, lunch, or a mom's night out. We try to mix it up with different activities to accommodate all our members.
